Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Hanoi Sister Min Hotel & Spa was less than ideal. While the breakfast was delicious (I really loved the variety!), there were several issues that made my experience quite frustrating. The elevator was broken, so I had to walk up to my room, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, communication with the staff was difficult due to their limited English skills and the WiFi was weak throughout my stay.
My stay at Hanoi Sister Min Hotel & Spa was disappointing overall. I struggled with issues like the broken elevator and communication barriers with the staff. However, I must say the breakfast was quite delicious, which was one of the few highlights.
I had quite a disappointing stay at the Hanoi Sister Min Hotel & Spa. While the breakfast was delicious. the overall experience was marred by issues. The elevator was broken, so I had to walk up to my room, which was frustrating. Communication with the staff was tough since they couldn’t speak English, which made my requests difficult. It left a sour note when I was asked for additional money, and they suggested I find another hotel if I wasn’t willing to pay up.
My stay at the Hanoi Sister Min Hotel & Spa was unfortunately disappointing. While the breakfast was delicious, the overall experience was marred by several issues, including a broken elevator and staff who struggled to communicate in English. I felt uncomfortable with the service when the staff requested additional money and suggested I find another hotel if I didn’t comply. 😞
My stay was quite disappointing overall. While the breakfast was truly delicious, the service issues were hard to overlook. The broken elevator meant I had to walk to my room, and the staff struggled to communicate in English, making it tough to express my needs.
