Hanoi Sister Min Hotel & Spa, Hanoi

My stay at the Hanoi Sister Min Hotel & Spa was less than ideal. While the breakfast was delicious (I really loved the variety!), there were several issues that made my experience quite frustrating. The elevator was broken, so I had to walk up to my room, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, communication with the staff was difficult due to their limited English skills and the WiFi was weak throughout my stay.
